Bio I was born in Poland in 1967, where later I attended Art School . I took part in the contest London Fringe Photography Award 2010 where I was a finalist ( London Photography) http://fringereport.wordpress.com/2010/08/31/662. I like to smile; a lot… at least that's what my kids tell me. When I'm not busy 'saving the world' or 'being awesome,' I spend my time working as a face painter and photographer. My family is my greatest passion and to whom I contribute most of my time. Also, cooking is one of my favorite past times (obviously other than art). I like to focus my energy on collecting experiences as opposed to 'things' and would much rather spend my money on a trip to a foreign country than on a fancy new car. I'm the type of person who likes to seize opportunities and make the most of every day. Above all else, I value honesty and kindness in a person. United Kingdom, London Painter/Photographer Artist Statement My art comes from the need in my soul for a deeper reflection on life. In portraying life's beauty and goodness, I want to express myself, my reflections and visions. For me art is more than a unique life philosophy-it is a combination of life's essence and existentialism. My inspiration is derived from nature and its most dynamic component: humans. Through observation of nature, both it's micro and macrocosms, I discover a variety of forms, structures and color. Every one of my art pieces becomes a part of me, thus carrying with itself an array of emotions. While working with painting and photography, I tend to move away from the actual forms and let my emotions dictate the mood of the piece. Through the creation of my own world in art, I hope to discover the hidden ones of my patrons. |
